Email Notification
Whenever a queue’s waiting time goes over a length of time specified by the user, the queue
management server can send an email notification to bring attention to the long waiting line.
In order to achieve this, the email account that will be sending the email needs to be set up.
To set up the email account of the sender, follow the steps below:
1. Access the Queue Management Server 1’s Email Notification setup page by
clicking on the “Email Notification” tab.
2. Fill in the SMTP Settings for the sender’s email account.
Fill in the address of the SMTP server the sender’s
email account is using
Set the port number of the SMPT server
Enter the email account of the sender
